30MW IN SOUTH EAST POLAND

REH owns a fully consented 30MW wind farm project which is to be built near Kobylany. Kobylany is situated a few kilometres south of Krosno in south east Poland.

 

• Mean wind speeds of 6.6 & 6.3m/s predicted at 100m
• IRR of 14% Project (P50)
• Revenue forecasts in excess of €7.8m per annum (P50)
• 74.7GWh Production per annum (P50) 2278 hours equiv.
• Building permits for 90m rotor diameter turbines on 100m towers all in place
• Independent wind assessments based on onsite and long term datasets
• Grid Connection signed with PGE (DSO)
